Morning Sickness Relief:

Ginger Peppermint Tea

1-2 teaspoons of fresh ginger root

1 teaspoon peppermint

Grate from fresh root and simmer a few minutes. Add peppermint and infuse for 10 minutes.




Wristbands for motion sickness.

Small frequent meals with protein.

Have high protein snacks by your bedside to eat before getting up.

Vitamin B6, 25mg 3x/day

Add lemon to your water.

Essential Oils: peppermint, chamomile, lavender
